A N N O U N C E M E N T I have with regret accepted the resignation of Group Sales and Marketing Director, Peter Miller, effective 28 February, 1999. Peter has made a terrific contribution to Fairfax and I wish him well for the future. I will be announcing a new management structure in mid February. I emphasise though that it will not be a major re-organisation, but will streamline the reporting structure. A new Sales and Marketing Director will be appointed and Peter has agreed to help in the transition period. This will ensure that we do not lose the sales momentum that Peter has helped build.
