Applications for securities

Prospectus on this website, and then lodging the form and application monies in accordance with the details set out in the Prospectus and application form.
Alternatively, a paper application form together with the paper Prospectus can be obtained free of charge from Fairfax by
ordering one on this website or by telephoning 1800 301 050 during the period of the offer to subscribe for
securities in the manner specified in the Prospectus. Note that persons registered as Fairfax shareholders as at 7.00pm on
12 November 2001 with registered addresses in Australia will be sent a copy of the Prospectus automatically.
Securities will only be issued or transferred on receipt of an
application form issued together with the Prospectus.The application
form may be generated by software accessible by the same means as
the Prospectus.
